Never piss off a drunk homo

Last night at the suspiciously named Box, Jesse Oxfeld was in typically fine form. The party at which we were abusing the open bar ended at 10, so Jox tried to buy a drink on his own tab at, say, 10:06. Alas, they wouldn't sell him his much-needed cocktail, as they were emptying out the entire venue. This morning, he gives his take on the affair:

We will never set foot in that place again.

Recently, elsewhere

Troop Therapy
A few weeks ago VF sent me to Walter Reed, where I attended John Mellencamp's private performance for the patients and staff. Not included in the piece: me having to go to the bathroom to avoid bursting into tears. Very professional.

And on a wildly different, probably more expected note:

Fake, Vain, Vapid, Vulgar
The Guardian asked me to explain Paris Hilton and, in the process, I managed to insult every single American, ever. I feel very Gwyneth Paltrow. I didn't realize how much I missed getting hatemail!
